Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via COLISSIMO with a tracking number and delivered without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

The box sizes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
